The following conditions apply to all our offers and orders. Deviating purchasing conditions of the buyer are hereby expressly contradicted. You are not obligated to do so even if we do not explicitly object to them when the contract is concluded. Verbal or telephone agreements are only valid after written confirmation by us. The same shall also apply to orders accepted by our representatives or other agreements made with them. At the latest with the receipt of the goods our conditions of sale are considered accepted. 

Our offers are subject to alteration and non-binding. An order with the customer does not come into effect until the written order confirmation has been issued by us. The same applies to additions, amendments or ancillary agreements to the existing order. In the case of call orders, the confirmed prices shall apply until the end of the call-off period, provided that there are not significant increases in raw materials during this period, which entitle us to increase the prices or to withdraw from the order in whole or in part. The quoted prices are net prices. The applicable value added tax is attributed to the quoted prices and is shown openly on the invoice.

The final shipping charges are based on the destination country and chosen method of delivery for your destination.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. plan:b4u is entitled to make partial deliveries. 

Periods of delivery and performance shall be extended appropriately upon the occurrence of force majeure and any other obstacles which are not to be considered by plan:b4u, which are of considerable influence on the delivery or performance. Delay penalties and claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded.

Goods delivered for testing purposes are the property of plan:b4u.

Returns of delivered goods will not be accepted without our prior consent. The costs for returns are borne by the buyer. 

For call orders, a maximum release period of 12 months is valid, calculated from the date of the order. If the call is not made within this period, we reserve the right to deliver the goods without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed. 

The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price and all associated costs and expenses.

In the case of a partial payment delay, we are entitled to collect the goods in an appropriate manner even without the consent of the buyer.

Our invoices are within 14 days without deduction unless otherwise agreed. As default interest, we charge 1% interest per month, unless there are higher borrowing costs. The buyer is not entitled to retain payments for any reason whatsoever or to offset our claims. In the case of payment cessation, opening of the compensation or bankruptcy proceedings with the buyer and the cessation of bankruptcy proceedings concerning the property of the buyer for lack of cost-covering assets, the claim is immediately due.

The goods are shipped after receipt of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the transfer amount to be credited to our account. 

Payment by PayPal incl. all procedures provided by PayPal with and without a PayPal account (PayPal credit, debit, credit card, etc.). The delivery of the ordered goods takes place after confirmation of the payment receipt. 

Note: Depending on the payment method in your personal PayPal account it may take a few business days until PayPal confirms receipt of payment. If PayPal cannot send a payment receipt after 9 days, the customer order will be canceled.
